WATCH produces Offender Chronologies on repeat offenders in cases of violence against women and children to inform the community and motivate change. These chronologies, which are not compiled by the judicial system until a defendant is convicted, often show a pattern of escalating , unchecked violence; for instance, Daniel Adams’ abusive behavior began in 1996 and culminated in an attempted murder conviction in 2001.
